Layla was born in Ilsabard, choosing at a very young age to leave her Keeper tribe and strike out on her own. Her unusual talents led her to Ishgard where she studied Tarot and Astrology as well as Herbalism and other healing skills. Eventually she made her way to Eorzea, splitting her time between Ul'dah and Limsa. She can often be found at establishments like the Quicksand, shuffling her cards and plying her trade; giving regular folk a glimpse into their future, while lining her purse. Her advice never comes cheap and if she does offer it one would be wise to listen.
